Join us as we jump back in the saddle inconjuntion with Cycling UK & ForwardMotion to re-gain confidence in cycling. Our trained ride leaders will take you on a quiet ride around the Southend locale.

Ensure your tires are pumped and your bike is in good working order before attending and arrive 5 minutes before setting off to enusre we set off on time.
