About the event
We will be on the beach opposite The Camelia Hotel to head into the water for a cold water dip. We follow the wimhoff method to help with entering the water.
we have spare swim floats and dryrobes for afterwards should you need them.
please ensure you bring a change of clothes and a warm drink to warm up slowly when back on the beach.
