About the event
Come and join in the cold water.
Participants are welcome to attend any and all sessions. If you have any medical concerns regarding taking part we advise to consult your doctor first.
Breathing, mental focus and mindfulness based exercises will be taught along with pre and post stretches prior to water entry/exit by Del who is qualified Cold Water Therapy.
Tow floats are recommended for visibility and an aid.
Please bring a change of clothes and a warm drink with you, as we sit and chat slowly warming up again. We have spare tow floats and dryrobes to use should you don't have either.
