Cold Water Dip

As we are in winter the sea temperature is still dropping to its coldest which is perfect for us to reap the benefits it brings for our whole body.

Please ensure you bring a change of clothes for afterwards and a warm drink, as we sit and chat on the beach slowly warming back up again. We have limited dryrobes for use, so please contact us before so we can bring one with us to the beach.
