Cold Water Dip (Spring Edition)

Join us as we continue to indulge in the cold water for a refreshing dip (or swim) and to reap the benefits it brings for our whole body.

Please ensure you bring a change of clothes for afterwards and a warm drink, as we sit and chat on the beach slowly warming back up again. We have limited dryrobes for use, so please contact us before so we can bring one with us to the beach.

Feeling concerned? We always have a first aid trained person with and our qualified cold water therapist that will assist you in the water.
