Cold Water Therapy

Blue Therapy in conjunction with Active Essex.

Each workshop will cover the safe practices and protocols required to enjoy the full benefits and experience that comes with CWT.

Participants are welcome to attend any and all sessions. If you have any medical concerns regarding taking part we advise to consult your doctor first.

During each session we will include theory and questions around CWT and how to enjoy this practice at home or in a body of water.

Discussions around the equipment, clothing and accessories required for CWT along with demonstrations and where to obtain them will be featured.

Breathing and mental focus and mindfulness based exercises will be taught along with pre and post stretches prior to water entry/exit.
