Cold Water Therapy Course

Each session will cover the safe practices and protocols required to enjoy the full benefits and experience that comes with cold water therapy.

Participants are welcome to attend any and all sessions. If you have any medical concerns regarding taking part we advise to consult your doctor first.

Breathing, mental focus and mindfulness based exercises will be taught along with pre and post stretches prior to water entry/exit.

Tow floats are recommended for visibility and an aid.

Please bring a change of clothes and a warm drink with you, as we sit and chat slowly warming up again.
