Join Sarah for a Friday morning dip, swim or just a paddle in the water.
we will be on the beach opposite The Camelia Hotel (free car park behind) on the sea wall.
Please bring something warm to wear afterwards, as we often head to the Camelia hotel for a warm drink afterwards.
