Intro to Cold Water Therapy

In September the water in the bay is at it's warmest, making it an ideal time to venture into the realm of ‘cold water therapy’ and the benefits it can bring. The workshop will conclude with a guided dip putting into practice those skills discussed. Our cold water therapist and safety team, who are trained in water rescue and first aid, will be on hand to ensure you feel safe, comfortable and have an enjoyable experience.

Dipping or Wild Swimming is a fuss free activity, requiring nominal kit, swimsuit, shorts or similar, a towel, change of clothes, and a warm drink for after. We can provide tow floats, thermal lined beanie hats, dryrobes and an area in which to discreetly change.
