Aquapaddle is a charity aimed to improve peoples wellbeing and physical health through paddle sport.
A timed 5k social paddle for people on all types of water craft, including paddle boards, kayaks and canoes are welcome.
This is a FREE of charge Social Paddle that will take place initially monthly with the possibility of running fortnightly.
The only person and challenge you’re up against is yourself, and the time that you take to complete the 5k.
