Blue Therapy Active Bike

We are extremely pleased to announce that Blue Therapy Active Bike are about to become a fully affiliated and insured club with Cycling UK.

Offering led bike rides for beginners and to those looking to get back in the saddle, our weekly sessions will be available soon.

And the best part about these is they will be free of charge. Bookings will be featured on our website shortly.

Group rides for up to 15 people will be taken by one of our team of instructors, all trained to deliver the best possible experience.

If you don’t have your own bike then we have that covered too, just book in to use one of ours, but be quick.

Centrally located for convenience and close to local amenities and public transport, accessing our start and finish point couldn’t be easier.

Utilising the amazing cycle path here in Southend to ensure you feel safe and are away from the main traffic while you learn.

With some stunning views along the coast where you will ride, we will be sure to include some pit stops and photo opportunities.

Rounding off the ride will be a chance to enjoy a well earned refreshment and slice of cake, a perfect time for some Q&A.
