Active Thames are raising awareness of the great work taking place in the region with water sports and have enlisted the help of freelance journalist Emma Blackmore.
Emma who is also a keen swimmer and white water kayaker has written for 'The Big Issue' and Tesco Magazine, caught up with us here at Blue Therapy to discuss what we do.
We talked over zoom with Emma for more than hour discussing how the Active Thames funding had helped benefit so many along with the other activities we also offer to the community.
The article will be one in a series to promote water sports and how easy and accessible it is, the fun that it brings along with its overall benefits for health and well-being.
