Listening to our community we have created our very own BTA Run Group to provide the opportunity for other like minded runners to get together on a weekly basis. If you are looking to start your running journey and in need of some support and motivation from others to help you along the way, come join us.
Couch to 5K
Our weekly runs commence the 2023 year with a couch to 5k program to enable runners to dust off their shoes following the festive period or for those to start the year off on the right, or left foot for that matter with a gentle run.
The 9 week program will be our first running series of the year with a weekly meet every Tuesday at 6.30pm for around 30 to 45 minutes. This will include a safety briefing and pre run warm up stretches and conclude with a post run cool down stretch.

The run we be at an easy pace with everyone inclusive and nobody left behind or feeling pressured to run beyond their capabilities. The mixture of walk/run across the route enables all to enjoy regardless of their experience.
