Blue Therapy in conjunction with Active Essex.
We are excited to be contiuning our Cold Water Therapy Workshop to River Crouch. Each workshop will cover the safe practices and protocols required to enjoy the full benefits and experience that comes with CWT.
We have additional Dryrobes, Swim floats and hats should you dont have them.
