Stambridge Loop Walk

Come and join us for our lovely 5 mile, Stambridge Loop walk lasting approximately 2 hours.

We will be following the Sea wall along the River Roach before skirting back on ourselves following Bartonhall creek and heading into Great Stambridge. From there we will follow a footpath around some arable fields and return to our starting point at Mill Lane.

The sea wall and fields we will be walking are on uneven ground with approximately a mile on tarmac, so comfortable trainers/walking boots are advisable.

We will be walking past two country pubs. The Royal Oak pub in Great Stambridge itself and The Cherry Tree pub at the end of the walk if anyone wants refreshments or a bite to eat.
