Blue Therapy Active Founder & Co-Owner Sarah-Jane Coombes had the pleasure of being invited to be a part of the Not On Your Telly latest live showing.
Sarah got to spend time with local based musician/presenter Liam Holmes teaching him the basics to stand up paddle boarding, and what a fun time it was.
The show which is hosted by RadioEssex presenters Ross Mcgrane & Jon Oakes featured Britain’s Got Talent semi finalist Graeme Matthews & local band Waterfalls was held at Chinnerys in Southend, and what an amazing venue it is.
The show which can be viewed on Facebook by heading over to the Not on Your Telly page was filled laughter throughout, including Kasabian the Russian bartender and games a plenty.
